Welcome to WAVR. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

WAVR is a decentralized music platform built on Solana. Artists can tokenize and release music as tradable digital assets. Users may buy, sell, or hold these assets.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use WAVR. By using the platform, you confirm you meet this requirement and are legally permitted to participate in digital asset transactions in your jurisdiction.

3. Usage

You agree not to use WAVR for illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, copyright infringement, or spam. Any misuse of the platform may result in a ban or restriction of access.

4. Creator Content

Artists retain ownership of their music. By uploading content to WAVR, you grant us permission to display and distribute that content through the platform. You confirm you have the rights to any content you upload.

5. Fees and Royalties

WAVR charges bonding curve and trading fees, detailed in our Fees section. Artists earn 15% creator fees on all trades of their token. These fees are distributed automatically via the wavr site.

6. No Financial Advice

WAVR is not a financial institution. Nothing on the platform constitutes investment advice. Users participate at their own risk.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes implies agreement with the updated terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to WAVR if you violate these terms or applicable law.
